The Classic

The fourth edition of the ButchersTable Classic drew 168 participants on 3 and 4 September who, in the charming outfits of the Roaring Twenties, brought the course’s historic atmosphere to life. A total of 42 flights competed against one another in twelve special rankings and a particular hickory contest.

Prizes worth over CHF 50,000 were up for grabs, provided by sponsors such as Porsche Winterthur, Porsche Classic or Lohri Uhren & Schmuck of Zug. The spectacular highlight and a real challenge was the ten-metre-high elevated platform at the first hole, from which players hit their tee shot onto the fairway. First-class catering from Luma and the Williams ButchersTable in Zurich rounded off a thoroughly successful event.

As media sponsor, MEN added a further highlight: all participants were photographed for a personal MEN cover, which they could take home that evening, framed. The next edition of the ButchersTable Classic will take place on 2 and 3 September 2025.
